Seinan Gakuin University (SGU) makes off-campus housing arrangements for students who would like the combination of the apartment-style room and catering service.

DORMY OPTIONS
“Dormy”, operated by Kyoritsu Maintenance Co. Ltd., are the fully furnished studio apartment buildings where you can interact with not only Seinan students but also students from other institutions regardless of their nationalities or ages. Well-balanced breakfasts and dinners are offered at each Dormy. The live-in dormitory managers are always there to assist you during your stay.

*The room availability varies depending on the vacancies in August and January. **Catering and management services are unavailable on the fifth Saturday, Sundays, national holidays, and summer (8/13-17) and winter (12/29-1/3) holidays. There are some other unavailable service days depending on the building.

FEES
Room charges are billed per month. You will be informed of the payment method and deadlines during the Housing (Dormy) orientation.

Important notes:
・All fees are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include tax.
・Kyoritsu maintenance Co. Ltd. reserves the right to change fees and move-in/out schedules without notice.
・For the move-in month, room, utility and internet fees are prorated.
・Rent is charged on a monthly basis, and full rent for the last month is required regardless of move-out date.
・Seinan international students are granted discounts for room fees including the meal plan. You can neither opt out of the meal plan nor get refunded for missed meals at any time during your stay.
