The oral session time is 15 minutes. The question time is contained during that time. We will inform you of details later.
There is no time of "Integrated discussion" set at the end of the session. Please secure the qustion-and-answer period as punctual as the clock.
You can be used a projector by the verbal presentation. The computer (Windows) equipped with MicrosoftOffice2007 is being prepared in the room.
Please prepare the file for presentation in two or more media (USB thumb drive etc.).
The speaker must come to the room until 15 minutes before the session starts.
Please put the file for presentation in the computer of the room beforehand so that the speaker is smoothly alternated.

2. Poster Session
In the poster presentation, please use the panel of the size 120cm(in width) × 180cm(in height) each of the one presentation. However, we will recommend total 30cm in the both ends to be opened for the space securing. Please prepare the size of 90cm×180cm in an actual poster. Please refer to the figure below for details.
We will prepare the tape to stick the poster. The speaker must finish accepting by 15 minutes before the session starts.
The speaker of the odd number should be at own panel for 45 minutes from beginning . The speaker of the even number should be at own panel for 45 minutes before it ends.
3. Other
It is an object of rally excellence presentation prizes by both of oral presentation and poster presentation.
