Convention participating expense and the related expense are as follows.

　Convention participating expense and the related expense are as follows.
The term of a reservation application is from January 20 to 14 o'clock February 24 March 2 2010.
　Although received about a convention participating application also on the convention day I ask you to transfer by the above-mentioned term as much as possible.
