Refund Policy
If you wish to withdraw from the program, you must inform SGU by e-mail <inbound@seinan-gu.ac.jp>. The following refund policy applies based on the date SGU confirms your withdrawal by e-mail (Japan Time basis).

Important notes:
・The application fee (12,000 JPY) is non-refundable.
・Bank transfer processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
・The refund amount is calculated based on the date SGU confirms your withdrawal by email.

| Applicants MUST: 1) have completed the equivalent of a high school diploma from educational institutions outside of Japan AND be living outside Japan at the time of application. 2) demonstrate sufficient English* and/or Japanese proficiencies to catch up with the classes conducted in English and/or Japanese. *TOEFL-PBT 550, TOEFL-IBT 79-80, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent English level preferred. [Primary Language of Instruction] Introductory: English Beginner (I) & Pre-intermediate (II): Japanese & English Intermediate (III) & Advanced (IV): Japanese |

1. Digital image of the applicant’s photo (in jpeg format)
It must be:
- taken within the last 3 months
- clear, focused, against a plain background with no hats
2. A copy of the passport photo page (in pdf/jpeg format)

3. Proof of your current enrollment* at your home institution (in pdf/jpeg format)
Accepted Documents:
(e.g.) - Student ID card issued by your home institution
- Certificate of Enrollment in English
