We welcomed Dr. WEN, Fur-Hsing, an exchange professor from Soochow University, Taiwan, an institution which has an international exchange agreement with Seinan Gakuin University.

Seinan Gakuin University has also accepted many foreign researchers from partner universities as international exchange professors and researchers in order to facilitate mutually beneficial international exchange and cooperation between universities. In 2020, when the COVID-19 outbreak began, the exchange opportunities had to cease. However, in April 2022, we were able to welcome Dr. WEN as the first exchange professor since the COVID-19 pandemic began.

On Wednesday, April 27, President G.W. Berkeley received a courtesy call from Dr. Wen and expressed his sincere welcome to Seinan Gakuin University.

Dr. Wen will stay at the university from April to August 2022 and will be engaged in research on data analysis in cooperation with Dr. Wang of the Faculty of Commerce. During the summer vacation (in August), he will teach an intensive course (Special Topic: Global Study).
